Description
During late October through early November of 2014, my wife and I went on a vacation to Paris, France. What we quickly discovered during our enjoyable visit to Paris is that holding hands, putting arms around each other, kissing and almost any other displays of public affection are common place. There are no frowns, no embarrassed looks from others, no signs of disgust, no shaking of ones head in a negative fashion or any other negative behavior towards those who feel free and liberated enough to show their feelings towards another person so the whole world can see. Not always but many times I have found this to not be the case in the locations that we have been within the U.S. Holding my wifes' hand in public has brought on frowns on some peoples faces. Sad but true. But now that I think about it.........could all of the negativity possibly be caused by the fact that I am 84 years old and my wife is 32?
GASP!!!!........Gotcha...just kidding!
