Artist's Description
Colmar is a town in the Grand Est region of northeastern France, near the border with Germany. Its old town has cobblestone streets lined with half-timbered medieval and early Renaissance buildings. The city is on the Alsace Wine Route. Colmar is approximately 44 miles South of Strasbourg, France. Here is a view of a stream/canal that runs through the Little Venice area of Colmar. Tourists take scenic boat rides through the canals in Little Venice.

Rick Rosenshein currently lives in Gowen, Michigan and is a self taught artistic photographer. His interest and desire to capture those special moments in time have led him to take some poetically beautiful photographs. He has a keen eye for composition along with capturing architectural art from unusual angles and vantage points. He has traveled to many countries in Europe along with visiting Scotland, Ireland, Iceland, Faroe Island, Shetland Islands, The Greek Islands and many states throughout the United States and provinces in Canada.
